Your personal information is not lent or sold to anyone for any purpose. We only use personal information for contacting you, and for sending off quality products to you.
Ordering...
When you place an order online, we only request the information required to authorize and process your order. We have to share your information with shipping and credit card processing companies, in order to bill and ship your order to a destination place. If needed, we may also use your information to cantact you by E-mail or by phone. If you would like to order by phone, please leave a message for us at : (519) 434-1657 and we will get back to you within 1 business day with quotation and further instructions.
Responsibility…
We fully take responsibility to provide excellent packaging, and send off your products tightly and securely packed. However, we do not take any responsibility for how shipping companies handle the product, or deliver it. We usually ship all the orders by Postal Service. But if you prefer your Order to be shipped by UPS, FedEx, CanPar, Air Cargo, freid forwarder or other Services, please let us know and additional charges will apply. Please give us a call or write an Email, and we will contact, with Total Price (including shipping costs), an following arrangement.
Returns and Exchanges…
We guarantee excellent quality products, based on professionally selected and analytically tested fine Natural Ingredients. But due to previous experience, we do not accept any refunds, or exchanges.
Currency…
All our products are in US dollars. If you wish to order in Canadian currency, please contact us by Phone after you place your order online. We will apply the charges in Canadian currency, which will include all the taxes (PST & GST), and shipping expenses as well. In Order to charge correctly the Canadian business, we will request the PST examption number, and will charge them only GST taxes. All theses taxes mentioned above are not applicable for US or International Customers.
